How do we book your services?
Once you choose a package and confirm availability, we’ll schedule a call to go over your event details and preferences. After that, we proceed with reserving your date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your date. Pricing and package details are shared once you request information.
Can we meet before the wedding?
Absolutely. We can meet in person (depending on distance) or via FaceTime or Zoom for your convenience.
Can we send you a playlist or songs we don’t want played?
Of course. You're welcome to send a must-play list, as well as a "do-not-play" list.
Do you take song requests?
Only if the couple allows it. We’ll confirm in advance whether you'd like guests to make requests during the event.
Can you also provide music for the ceremony or cocktail hour?
Yes, we offer full coverage for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception just let us know what you need.
How early do you arrive to set up?
If allowed, we prefer to set up the day before. Otherwise, we arrive at least 3 hours before the ceremony and reception begin.
Do you MC (make announcements) during the wedding?
Yes. Some of our packages include a bilingual (English/Spanish) MC feel free to ask which one fits your needs.
Do you have bilingual (English/Spanish) MC services?
Yes, several of our packages include bilingual MC services to keep both sides of the family engaged.
Can you stay longer if the party goes on?
Yes, we offer extra time for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance or during the event.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry standard liability insurance required by most venues.
Do you have experience with multicultural weddings?
Absolutely. About 80% of the weddings we serve involve bilingual or multicultural families especially English and Spanish-speaking guests.
What happens if something goes wrong with the equipment?
We bring backup speakers, lights, and key gear to handle unexpected issues. We also arrive early to test everything and reduce the chances of problems.
What do you wear to the event?
We dress formally, typically in a suit. We also ask the couple about their wedding colors to avoid matching the hosts or bridal party.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes, we often coordinate with planners. While every planner has a different style, we always prioritize the couple’s vision.
